Adele Schober was born in Melbourne, Australia on February 23, 1979. Immersed in the arts at an early age, Adele's first love was music. She began professional training on the violin and continued throughout her younger years with piano, orchestral conducting and vocal performance. Honing her music craft at the esteemed Lauriston Girls School in Melbourne, Adele discovered a stronger love for the stage and screen. She starred in several stage shows while attending grade school and decided at 18 to make her move towards a career in TV and film.In less than three months after graduating from Lauriston, Adele found herself represented by Stacey Testro International and making guest appearances on Australia's famed soap opera "Neighbours." After several guest spots, she was asked to join the cast as the French foreign exchange student Claire Girard and stayed with the Oz soap for a year. From "Neighbours," Schober jumped into the Australian small screen scene, making guest appearances in "Stingers," "Blue Heelers," "Raw FM," and "Pig's Breakfast." Adele also had a reoccurring stint as the sexy Andie on "Breakers."Crossing over to the American TV market, Schober made guest appearances on several shows, starring as the seductive Niva in "Beastmaster" and an emotional Dana Fletcher in "Flipper." And, most recently, she joined an ensemble cast including Rob Lowe, James Cromwell and Donald Sutherland as a doctor in TNT's 2004 remake of Stephen King's classic "Salem's Lot."Adele has tried her hand on the big screen as well, making her feature debut as Patty in the Aussie independent film "The Incurable Romance." From there, she took a role in "The Forest," a 50-minute short feature by Jo Kennedy delving into Melbourne's nightlife. In addition to her various roles on the big and small screen, Schober has starred in national Aussie commercials for The Natural Confectionery Co. and The Herald Sun and provided voice overs for several Australian Government public service announcement ads. In late 2003, Adele began performing live radio crosses for the Mix 101.1 FM's Street Team in Melbourne and she has spent the last two years with the Australian Radio Network station. In early 2006, Schober plans to leave the friendly confines of Melbourne and stake her claim in the American market, relocating to Los Angeles.
